1. Submission Method: by mail (must submit original documents)
2. Submission Deadline: Documents must arrive by Monday, July 31, 2012
A. Documents cannot be submitted via fax
3. Address: Housing Office, Yonsei University 50 Yonsei-ro Seodaemun-gu Seoul 120-749 (120-749 서울시서대문구연세로 50번지연세대학교생활관사무실)
4. Required Documents: (Documents should have Student’s name & Student ID number or received application number on top of each document)
Applicants must submit original copies of below documents issued within a month of submission
l For Domestic Students:
n Living in Korea, parents and student have same address: 1 original copy of resident registration (주민등록등본)
n Living in Korea, different address for student and parents: 1 original copy each of student’s and parents’ resident registration (주민등록등본) and 1 copy of family relations certificate (가족관계증명서)
n Father and mother have separate addresses on resident register: 1 original copy each of father’s and mother’s resident registration (주민등록등본) and 1 original copy of family relations certificate (가족관계증명서)
n Living Overseas: 1 original copy each of student’s and family’s overseas resident registration (재외국민등록부등본)
n Parents Living Overseas and Student Living in Korea: 1 original copy of parents’ overseas resident registration (재외국민등록부등본) and 1 original copy of student’s resident registration (주민등록등본)
n Foreign Students: 1 copy of Alien Registration Card (front and back copied on same page) or 1 original copy of alien registration certificate (외국인등록사실증명, issued at gu offices)
n Foreign Students not yet in Korea: 1 copy of passport
* Copy of ARC and passports can be submitted via e-mail: muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)
n (Disabled) A Certificate for the Disabled (장애인증명서)
* Notes
- Not submitting documents or lacking documents will result in cancellation of the student’s application.
- No false information should be provided. (If proven false, the applicant may face penalties such as room admission cancellation.)
- If a student has submitted all of the documents required but did not apply online, such application is voided.
- For domestic students, if it has been six months or less since you have changed your address on your records, please submit your abstract of the census register (초본).
