Regulations to Know

 

Print/Registration

  • During the specified period, students may select the payment for miscellaneous fees on the portal. Click on  “confirm miscellaneous fees” button to reflect the changes in the tuition bill. Once you confirm, it cannot be changed under any conditions.
  • Tuition bills can be printed any time during the registration period, but not after registration is completed.
  • During the registration period, each student will be given a “virtual account” which is a temporary account given for the sole purpose of tuition payments. They are irrelevant to your student ID account.
  • Tuition can be paid via online banking, mobile banking, ATM transfers, bank windows; however, transfer fees may be charged if students transfer through banks other than Woori Bank. Also, payment may not be available via accounts of nonmonetary institutions, including CMA accounts.
  • For student loan inquiries, contact the Scholarship and Employment Team at Student Affairs and Services (☎ 02-2123-2128).
  • Credit card payments can be made only with Woori Bank credit cards.

Tuition Instalments

  • Students may apply for tuition installment plan only during the designated period; students may not apply for installment payments for their first semester at Yonsei University.
  • For those who enroll for the ninth semester or beyond, and for disabled students subject to the University Regulation, tuition will be imposed according to the number of credit hours registered for, which will be as follows:

1 to 3 credits 1/6 of full tuition
4 to 6 credits 1/3 of full tuition
4 to 6 credits 1/3 of full tuition
7 to 9 credits 1/2 of full tuition
10 credits or above Full tuition
For non-credit courses Tuition is decided on an annual basis.
