Dear ISED Senior students,

Greetings from ISED Office! We hope you have happy Chuseok holidays.

From October 26th to November 3rd, ISED Office will go through the graduation assessment screening for the 2018 February and 2018 August graduates as follows.

It is your responsibility to check and confirm the fulfillment of your graduation requirements. Please review your graduation assessment on Yonsei Portal and then visit ISED office for the detail confirmation.

1. Who: ISED Class of ’14 or Class of ’15 who expected (early) graduation on Feb(Aug) 2018

2. How to confirm the fulfillment of your graduation requirements:

  (1st stage) *important* - Compare your graduation assessment data (졸업예비사정표) to your major's graduation requirements and figure out whether you have earned total credits required for the graduation by yourself

(2nd stage) - Print out a copy of graduation assessment data and bring it to ISED Office (Veritas B 438) (Making a phone call or sending an e-mail will NOT be acceptable.)

(3rd stage) - If necessary, ISED Office would ask you to visit academic advisor or major Chair to get a confirmation regarding MR/ME course categories. 

3. When: Thursday, Oct 26 ~ Friday, Nov 3  (7 business days, 09:00~12:00 / 13:30~17:00)

※ Students who do not make a visit during the period above will NOT be able to get the screening (no exceptions). Please note it is the students’ responsibility to count required credits and compare to the graduation requirement table in advance.
