Course Enrollment Guidelines for Chapel

 

※ Important Notes
1) Korean Chapels do not offer translations into English at all.

2) It is strongly recommended that students take the four semesters of chapel before beginning their junior year.

3) During the mileage course enrollment period, only the minimum mileage is needed for UIC English chapel as a fixed number of students in UIC majors are preset. So, it is strongly recommended that students register UIC English Chapel during the mileage course enrollment period.

4) The previous system of submitting a course time change approval form no longer is allowed. 

Grade

Enrollment   Guidelines

Freshmen

can only   register for English Chapels held in International     Campus (Tue 2,3)

Sophomores

can only register for English Chapels held in     Shinchon Campus and   International Campus (Shinchon: Wed 5;     International: Tue 2,3)

Juniors and   above

1) UD
      - during mileage course enrollment period
        => can only register for   English     Chapels held in Shinchon Campus
      - during additional course enrollment period/course add and   drop     period
        => can register for all   Chapels   held in   Shinchon Campus
              cannot   register for   any of   the Chapels held in International Campus

 

2) HASS/ISE:
      - during mileage course enrollment period
        => can only register for   English     Chapels held in International   Campus
      - during additional course enrollment period/course add and   drop     period
        => can register for all Chapels held in Shinchon   Campus
              can register     for   only English Chapels held in   International   Campus
