UIC students may apply for UIC-exclusive exchange programs as well as Yonsei-wide programs through the Yonsei Portal System.

 * Application Schedule

1. Non-English Language Exams Application Period & Fee Payment:  Monday, Nov.  5, 2018 9:00AM - Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2018 3:00PM

2. Non-English Language Exams: Monday, Nov. 12 ~ Friday, Nov. 16, 2018

3. Publication of Available Universities: Mid-December, Office of International Affairs Website -> 공지사항

4. Online Application & Placement Fee Payment for English Programs: Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019 10:00AM ~ Thursday, Jan. 10, 2019 5:00PM

5. Notification of Placement Results: Thursdya, Jan. 17, 2019 10:00AM

* Only those who took non-English exams in November are eligible to apply for non-English programs.

* Applicants will only be required to submit online application, but not the hard copies of the application form.(Applicants are required to upload a scanned file of TOEFL certificate during online application process.)

* TOEFL test date must be after September 1, 2017.

 The UIC-exclusive exchange student programs(ESP) that you can apply for are generally listed as below: 

1. University College Utrecht

2. Dartmouth College

3. 3 Campus Program (Fall 2019 at Keio, Spring 2020 at Yonsei, Summer 2020 at HKU)   (Not available for Spring semester exchange program)

4. University of Hong Kong, Faculty of Arts

5. University of Geneva

6. Leiden University

7. Yale-NUS College

8. Wellesley College

9. Swinburne U of Technology, School of Design

10. Lingnan University

11. Aalto University

12. Waseda University, SILS

13. Jacobs University

14. Claremont McKenna College

15. Frankfurt Goethe University

16. University of California, Irvine

However, you should verify with the list of available universities and the number of spots available for each university at the "공지사항" of Office of International Affairs website mid-December.

* UIC-exclusive ESP participants will be provided with 1/2 of UIC tuition as scholarship unless the student is a recipient of other Yonsei scholarship.

* Yonsei-wide ESP participants will be provided with 1/3 of UIC tuition as scholarship unless the student is a recipient of other Yonsei scholarship.

The application procedure for UIC-exclusive ESP is the same as that of Yonsei-wide programs. UIC students must apply for UIC-exclusive ESP through the Yonsei Portal System. Please check the attached file thoroughly.
