Spring 2018 Graduation Album Photoshoot Announcement

 

1. Who: Undergraduate students expected to graduate in August 2018 or in 2019

2. 2018 Graduation Album Photoshoot Schedule (Expected to be published in February 2019)

Spring Semester

Shooting Period: April 25th (Wed.)   ~ May 14th (Mon.)

Individual and Group Photos

 

 

Confirmation and Photo Editing (End of May ~ Early   June)

Eligibility: Those who have paid their graduation   album fee

Fall

Semester

Shooting Period: September

Individual Photo Only

 

Confirmation and Photo Editing (End of   September ~ Early October)

Eligibility: Those who have paid their   graduation album fee

*Group photo is taken only in the Spring semester and individual outdoor profile picture will only appear in the mobile-web album.

 

3. Number of Photos:

2x Indoors (1x Graduation Cap Photo, 1x ID Photo)

3x Outdoors (2x Department Group Photo, 1x Personal Profile Picture)

 

4. Location & Time:

-       Indoor: 4th Floor, Student Union Building

-       Outdoor: Underwood Hall

Please make sure to check the photoshoot schedule on http://www.yonsei.ac.kr/sc/support/notice.jsp at 5pm on the day before the photoshoot.

 

For students who have not paid the graduation album fee, we are receiving additional payments during the period as described below.

 

1. Who: Expected graduates in February or August 2019 who could not have their graduation photos taken yet.

*Additional photoshoots will not be allowed for those who have already had their photos taken.

2. Payment period: ~ May 31st, 2018 (Thurs.)

3. Graduation album fee: 56,000KRW (Fifty-six thousand won)

4. Method of Payment
           a) Payment account: WOORIBANK 126-0000-8218-966 (학) 연세대학교
           b) “YOUR NAME + LAST THREE DIGITS OF YOUR STUDENT ID NO (for confirmation purposes)”
           ※    Example: John Smith 123 (confirmation is not possible without accurate information)

           c) As difficulties may arise during the confirmation process for those who make their payments
                without a bankbook via ATM (무통장입금), account transfer is recommended. 

5. Others
          a) Refund is not available unless the student has voluntarily withdrawn from school
          b) Photos will be accessible online only to those who have made their payments
