Graduation Gown and Diploma Distribution for February 2021 Graduates

Congratulations on your graduation! To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the graduation ceremony will be pre-recorded and be uploaded on Yonsei website and Yonsei Youtube Channel on February 22, 2021 (Monday).

1. Graduation Gown and Cap Distribution

Dates: February 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26  (not available on Feb. 20 and Feb. 21)

Time: 9:30 AM ~ 4:30 PM (including lunch time)

Venue: 2F, Daewoo Annex Hall (Room 203)

Please bring your student ID and the receipt for washing and storing the gowns. If someone else is picking up for you, he or she must show your student ID and the receipt for washing and storing.

2. Graduation Gown Rental Fee (payment through virtual account and please refer to the guidelines attached)

KRW 5,000 for undergraduate students

KRW 7,000 for graduate students

Students who have unreturned books to the library must return the books and receive a confirmation letter from the library in order to rent the graduation gown.

3. Graduation Album Distribution

Dates: February 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26  (not available on Feb. 20 and Feb. 21)

Time: 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Venue: 2nd floor of the Student Union Building

Please bring your student ID and if someone else is picking up for you, he or she must show your student ID.

4. Gown Return and Graduation Certificate Distribution

You must return the graduation gown and the cap by February 26 (Fri) at 4:30 PM in order to receive your graduation certificate. Otherwise, issuance of your certificates will temporarily be suspended.
