Graduation Yearbook Reimbursement Notice

(For those who have not taken photos - February 2018 Expected Graduates)

For those expected to graduate in February 2018, who have made the initial payment for the Graduate Yearbook, yet have not taken the photographs, please follow the instructions below to receive reimbursement. [College of Medicine, College of Dentistry, Won-ju Campus Students and Graduate Students are not eligible]

1.       Registration Period: February 1^st (Thurs) ~ February 28^th (Wed), 2018

2.       How to Register: Fill out the necessary information in the “Reimbursement Registration Form” attached and send an e-mail to student11@yonsei.ac.kr.

* Please write your e-mail with the title, “Graduation Yearbook Reimbursement Registration (Your Major Your Name)”

3.       Reimbursement period and method: Reimbursement will be transferred to the bank account stated in the registration form after March 26^th (Mon), 2018.

a.       Registration can only happen during the graduation period, and those who have already taken photographs are not eligible

b.       For further inquiries, call the Student Support Team (02-2123-5121) Student Union Building, 2^nd floor.
