A. Scope of Support: Research and development funding (max. 2,000,000 KRW)

B. Eligibility: A group of 3 or more undergraduate students (inclusion of 1 or more freshman is encouraged)

※ Those who takes a leave of absence and those who have exceeded the length of studentship can apply

※ Participation of POSTECH United team is encouraged

C. Supporting Areas:

(1) Patent/Test Product/Development of application and platform

(2) Venture Project

(3) Convergence of Sciences and Humanities & Social Sciences

(4) Implementation of Smart campus

D. Selection Process: [Preliminary] 1^st selection through evaluating a proposal and a 99 sec long video

[The final] 2^nd final selection (199 sec long video submission)

※ 2^nd Research Proposal – Advising professor, budget, and detailed project plan

 E. Submission of Final Result: Submission of 299 sec long video focused on R&D result, Award after evaluation through Q&A

※ groups qualified for UGRP finals, groups eliminated in the preliminaries and the finals, groups not applied for the program, and groups from Yonsei University (united group is encouraged) can all submit the result to the final screening

 F. Award and Prize: Grand Prize-10,000,000 KRW(1 group), 2^nd Prize-8,000,000 KRW(2 groups), 3^rd Prize-5,000,000 KRW(3 groups)

 G. Detailed Schedule

1) Research Proposal Deadline: April11^th(Thurs) 22:00

2) Result of 1^st Selection: April 19^th(Fri)

3) 2^nd Research Proposal Deadline: May 14^th(Tue) 22:00

4) Result of Final Selection & Conference: May 31^st(Fri) (Expected)

5) Intense Research Period: ~ 2020 Jan 15^th(Wed)

6) Submission of Result and Report: 2020 Jan 16^th(Thurs) 22:00

7) Announcement of Final Result & Award: 2020 Feb (Expected)
