 A special lecture about the topic of [Navigating a Career in Finance] will be held in Songdo International Campus.

For those who are interested, you are welcome to attend the special lecture either offline or through zoom (online).

[Navigating a Career in Finance]

Talk subject: Navigating a career in finance: investment banking, venture capital, start-ups, and everything in between. In this session, the speaker will go over a few of the career paths in finance by first walking through the roles he has had at different companies. Then, he will talk in greater detail about his current role as a Venture Investor at Capstone Partners, how they view the macroeconomic and start-up markets, and what they look for in companies and founders they back.

The special lecture will be consisted of a maximum 50 minute talk by the special lecturer, and the remaining 1 hour will be used for Q&A session.

Invited speaker: Eugene is currently a Team Manager at Capstone Partners focusing on early-stage venture investments across various industry verticals. After having graduated with a degree in Economics and Business Institutions at Northwestern University, Eugene spent the early parts of his career as an investment banking analyst at Bank of America Securities and also as a venture investing manager at TechNexus Venture Collaborative, covering strategic venture investments for large corporate clients.
