[2018 FEB] Application for 2018 February Graduation (including early graduation)

The students enrolled in the last semester should submit the graduation application or graduation-delay application 2 weeks before the course registration period so that you can register course.

 

1. Requirements for the graduation / graduation delay applicants

    a. The students planning to register for the 8th semester after the completion of 7 semesters.

    b. Transfer students planning to register for the 4th semester after completion of 3 semesters.

       (A graduate-to-be with a double major planning to register for the 3rd semester after the completion of 2 semesters)

    c. The students returning to the school are also included.


2. Submission of application and application period

    a. Submission: visit the Yonsei portal system(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr)→ graduation(졸업) / advancement (진급)
        → select graduation application (졸업신청) or graduation delay application (졸업연기신청) → save (저장)

    b. Application period: July 24(Mon) ~ August 4(Fri)

    * The students retuning to the school should apply between the reinstatement period and course registration period.
 

3. Early graduation

    a. Submission: The application should fill out the application form for the early graduation and submit it to the Academic Support Division

    b. Application period: September 25(Mon) ~ 29(Fri)

    c. Qualification

       (1) The class of 95 (or before 95) with a grade point average of 3.50 /4.00(4.30) or above

       (2) From the class of 99 with a grade point average of 3.75/4.30 or above

          * Grade should cover the whole school year including winter /summer course.

 

4. Change of graduation application (Additional application or delay)

    a. The service is available at the Yonsei portal system(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr)

    b. Period

       : preliminary period) the week after midterm week (the end of October)

       : secondary period) 3 days within grade recording period(the beginning of January)


5. Addition notice

    Among the graduation-delay applicants, the students who already meet the graduation requirements
    should register at least one course during the semester (expected graduation semester) so that you
    can apply for graduation.

 

6. Graduation check

    a. The service is available only for undergraduate students who are graduation applicants.(Graduate
       students are excluded.)

    b. You can check through the Yonsei portal system(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → graduation(졸업)
      / advancement (진급) → graduation check (졸업예비사정조회)
