2016-2 Student Health Mutual-aid Deduction Application

※The deduction application for medical fee that incurred during 2016-2 (2016.9.1~2017.2.28) (examination fee and prescription fee) is until 2017.8.31 (Thurs). No applications will be accepted after this date.

1. Students who paid their Student Health Mutual-aid fee during the 2016-2 but has not received their deductions: must apply until 2017.8.31 (Thurs) and receive their deductions. From 2017.9.1, only the fees that incurred after 2017.3.1 will be deducted.

2. Check payment of membership fee

   A. Selective Payment: Yonsei Portal -> Registration -> Print/Registration -> Certificate of Tuition Payment -> 2016-2 -> Billing Amount -> Student Health Mutual-aid fee

   B. Additional (Optional) Payment: Students that signed up after 2016.9 can only check with the Student Health Mutual-aid Association. Please call and confirm.

3. Application by Visit: Receive the original bill/receipts (card/cash sales slip not allowed) of examination and medicine prescription fees along with your own Woori Bank account

4. Application by Mail: Original bill/receipts (card/cash sales slip not allowed), copy of student card, and a copy of your own account and contact. New members must download the ‘Personal (credit) collection of information and agreement of providing and searching information’ and fill it out, and include it. (Valid until 2017.8.31 Post Office Postmark) *Regular mail may get lost so please use registered mail.

• Wonju Medical students may use the reception box outside of the student council office

1. Above information is only applicable for students who have not had their medical fees deducted that occurred during the 2016-2 semester. For2017-1 members, they can apply for deduction for the incurred medical costs during 2017.3~8 immediately or apply by 2018.2.28 (Wed).
