About Youth Mango
Youth Mango, a non-profit organisation that operates independently of the Ashoka Youth Venture programme, provides an open community for teenagers and supportive adults and is actively involved in spreading the youth changemaker movement. With an educators' network of 24 cities, more than 200 schools, and over 2,000 participants, Youth Mango directs local changemaker educator meetings, manage teacher trainings, plan youth changemaker exchange programmes, and runs its changemaker newsletter, "Mango Letter".

Internship Information:
This intern will assist the Youth Mango office by::
- Collecting and planning domestic and international contents related to youth and education innovation
Please note that applications should be sent to the Yonsei Center for Social Innovation and NOT to Youth Mango directly. For details on the applications procedure, see below.
Application
Please send your application to ycsi_ck@yonsei.ac.kr by 15 August 2018, with the e-mail title highlighting the position of choice, followed by "Social Innovation Internship with Youth Mango", and include:
1) Resume (this should include information on any scholarship received in the semester with type and percentage of coverage)
2) Cover Letter (Must be written in Korean or English / A4 1장 이내)
Eligibility
Students must satisfy the following conditions to be eligible to apply for this internship:
※ Students must have already declared their major on Yonsei Portal.
※ Taking classes in a major or planning to take a major/double-major will not satisfy this requirement.
2. The student must have completed at least two semesters before applying for the internship
3. The Fall 2018 semester must not be the student's final semester
4. The student must be enrolled in the Social Innovator Certificate Program

5. Scholarship recipients must declare the scholarship amount attained during the Fall 2018 semester (Refer to the Payment Section below)
Post-Internship Requirements
Interns will be required to submit at the end of their internship:
- A short Internship Report Form
- “Internship Results”, a free format production that best describes the intern’s experience and/or achievement
Payment
The Yonsei Center for Social Innovation will pay the interns instead of Youth Mango, with payment being made in the form of a scholarship transferred to the student’s account on Yonsei Portal at the end of the internship period.
※ WARNING: There is a legal prohibition on the payment of a scholarship that exceeds the recipient’s college tuition fees. It is imperative that the student declares whether he or she has received any scholarship in the resume. It must also state the type, amount, and source. Yonsei Center for Social Innovation and Underwood International College, Yonsei University will take no responsibility for any situation where a scholarship cannot be granted because the candidate provided false or incomplete information. It is the onus of the applicant to check his or her own eligibility and notify the Yonsei Center for Social Innovation if there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial undertakings.
