Global Career Society (GCS) is a student-led organization founded in 2011 to help promote a sense of proactivity among UIC students and help them utilize their time in university to get started on their careers. Together with the Career Development Center, we will provide useful career-related information (internship opportunities, graduate schools, multinational job prospects, etc.) to the UIC student body. Club members can prepare for their future careers by learning about resumes, cover letters, and internships, as well as get the chance to attend meetings with alumni and professionals in their field of interest through the activities held within the club.

NODAJI was founded with the purpose of fostering a healthy community and cultural exchange, where students from diverse majors and backgrounds can freely communicate and express their opinions through music. By engaging with various student clubs and departmental bands both within and beyond UIC, our club aims to expand cultural solidarity across colleges and bring greater vitality to the UIC student community as a whole. Each semester, NODAJI hosts at least one regular performance, while also participating in joint concerts and external stages to continuously create opportunities for interaction with audiences both on and off campus.

The Social Innovation Creators’ Academia (SICA) is the student-led organization that was founded with the support of the Institute for Higher Education Innovation Yonsei University (IHEI) and the Underwood International College Center for Social Innovation (UCSI). SICA aims to provide learning opportunities about various social issues and support the formation of innovative solutions to Yonsei University students from the Underwood International College (UIC). SICA members study and discuss social innovation and develop semester-long social innovation projects in the form of either a business model or a campaign.

Underwood United is UIC’s one and only football club, with 70-80 members from various divisions in UIC. We recruit our members on a yearly basis and participate in friendly tournaments and matches. Winning is important, but U2 is a sports club that prioritizes bonding among its members and simply have fun by playing soccer.

UGC is a community of international students in UIC and is currently the biggest club in the college. UGC was founded to create a vibrant and international environment in which all members can equally participate and simply have fun. Throughout the year, UGC organizes a number of events such as One-day Trip, Fashion Show, Talent Show, participation in Daedong Festival, and end-of-term dinner. We also provide as much support as possible to the international students who have just arrived in the country. If you need any help regarding any matters, from your alien registration card to your accommodation or your cell phone, or even your class registration, we will try our best to help you out. Overall, UGC provides international and local students a platform to meet and bond through meaningful activities.

Underwood Gaming Union (UGU) is a UIC-based gaming and Esports club founded in 2024 with the goal of creating an international gaming community within Yonsei. UGU offers a wide variety of activities ranging from casual meet-ups, advanced tournaments, and game-centered education.

Founded in 2010, Underwood Law Society (ULS) is the first and the best international law community in Yonsei University. ULS has the following aims:

We Kids United Corp. is a nonprofit organization founded in 2023 through a collaboration between Cornell University, Yonsei University, and the National University of Singapore to recentralize Haiti’s medical system. The organization has since expanded beyond Korea and the United States to include European branches and high school chapters. We Kidsaims to reduce disparities in medical education and improve healthcare services in underserved Haitian communities by providing essential ultrasound technology and training to local medical personnel. To support this mission, all doctors, volunteers, nurses, and other medical staff receive full financial support during their service. In addition, We Kids plans to collaborate with students to organize various on-campus and community events to raise funds for these efforts.
