NY Times Square Advertisement

Yonsei Eagle takes over iconic NASDAQ Tower

 

Underwood International College, Yonsei University placed an advertisement on NASDAQ Tower in Times Square, New York City. Intended to recruit outstanding international students, the advertisement interacted with 380,000 daily visitors in Times Square for two weeks in September. NASDAQ Tower, the iconic LED screen, displayed marketing campaigns of big names including Microsoft, Facebook, and also recently featured advertisements of K-POP groups including BTS and EXO.

 

Underwood International College is an all-English, four-year liberal arts institution with 2,700 students from 60 different nations. Under the umbrella of UIC, there are 16 different majors including Comparative Literature & Culture, Economics, Life Science & Biotechnology, Culture & Design Management, Sustainable Development & Cooperation, and Nano Science & Engineering.

 

With the revealing of its first ever Times Square advertisement, UIC announced that the International student admissions 2nd round runs from October 1st to November 15th 2019. The applicants must submit both online and offline application and more information are available on UIC website (uic.yonsei.ac.kr).
