What is the Overseas Korean Admissions Track?

The “Overseas Korean Admissions Track” is a special application pathway for students of Korean heritage who have lived and studied abroad. This is distinct from international student admissions and is open only to Korean nationals (or those with Korean parents) who meet specific eligibility criteria related to residency and education abroad.

Eligibility

● 3-Year Track
- Must have completed at least 3 years of middle and/or high school education outside Korea.
- Must include at least 1 full academic year of high school abroad.
- Both the applicant and parents must meet residency requirements.

● 12-Year Track
- Must have completed all 12 years of elementary, middle, and high school entirely abroad.

*Foreign Schools located in Korea (including those within International military base) and Institutes for language study abroad are not recognized as overseas education.
