You may reserve a tutoring session (30-minutes) during the Writing Center’s open hours by going to Make an Appointment. To see remaining sessions and/or tutor availability, check Availability. You may book up to two weeks in advance, with a maximum of four sessions per week and twelve sessions per month. Two of these sessions can be consecutive! Please make sure to read our rules (below) before making an appointment.

· Go to Make an Appointment
· Log-in with your Yonsei Portal ID and password
· Select the date and time you wish to make an appointment
· In the pop-up window, agree to all policies, terms, and conditions
· Enter your personal information (in English), select your preferred mode of tutoring, and click "Submit"
· An SMS confirmation message will be sent to the phone number you submitted
· Check and manage your appointment(s) on My Appointments

How to Cancel an Appointment

· Go to My Appointments
· Find the date and time of appointment that you wish to cancel and click "Cancel"
· An SMS confirmation message will be sent to the phone number you submitted previously

General Rules for Use

You may reserve up to four 30-minute sessions per week up to two weeks in advance. Two of these sessions can be consecutive! 

If you cannot make your appointment, you must cancel at least 12-hours before your scheduled appointment. Failing to cancel at least 12-hours prior to your appointment will be considered a "Missed" appointment. Three "missed" appointments will prohibit your use of the Writing Center for the entire semester. 

If you arrive late, your session will be reduced to accommodate the next scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10-minutes late, your appointment will be considered "missed" and given to walk-in students.

Please be respectful of our tutors, students, and their time. Make sure to show up on time or to cancel your appointment so that other students can be assisted.

Walk-ins are always welcome, but priority will be given to students with appointments.
