Health Service Center

Overview

Yonsei University Health Service Center is committed to providing quality healthcare service by maintaining and improving the health of current undergraduate and graduate students as well as the faculty members (Discounts are available only to those that have paid both the healthcare service fee and the membership fee to the Student Mutual-aid Association).

Health Examination

Health examination is offered once per semester free of charge for students who have paid their healthcare service fee. Dates of examination will be announced on the center homepage and notified via individual emails.

Immunization Certificate

Immunization certificates are issued after examination for foreign exchange students and students willing to study overseas.

General Consultation and Vaccination

• Consultation Room
  Treatment related to internal disease, referrals to Severance Hospital for patients in need of a tertiary care.
• Pharmacy
  Prescription drugs, over-the-counter drugs, and first-aid kits for internal and external applications.
• Treatment Room/Injection Room
  External wound treatments, vaccinations and injections (Hepatitis A, hepatitis B, influenza, TDP [tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis], meningo coccal disease, varicella, MMR [measles, mumps, rubella], pneumococcus, HPV).
• Diagnostic Testing Room
  Diagnostic tests may proceed after examination. If special diagnosis is required, tests may be requested from affiliated external institutions.
• Dentistry
  Oral health education and scaling(tartar removal) are available after online reservation through the center website.
