사회혁신을 위한 글로벌 창의 인재 양성 사업단, Yonsei Center for Social Innovation입니다.

한국교육개발원(KEDI)이 연세대학교 언더우드국제대학 소속 학생 여러분들이 “대학 특성화사업”을 통해 경험하는 교과 및 비교과 활동, 수업 만족도 등을 포함하여 교수·학습 전반에 대한 실태를 파악하기 위해서 설문 조사를 하게 되었습니다.

본 연구를 통해 얻은 모든 개인 정보는 한국교육개발원(KEDI) 연구를 위해 5년간 보존⋅사용되며, 수집된 정보는 개인정보보호법에 따라 적절한 관리를 받게 됩니다. 이 연구에서 얻어진 개인정보 및 조사 자료는 안전하게 보관될 것이며, 분석 시 개인을 식별할 수 없도록 코드화될 것입니다.

부득이하게 본 설문 조사는 한국교육개발원(KEDI)에서 실시하는 조사로서 영문 설문지가 없음을 알려드립니다. 본 연구에 대해 질문이 있거나 문제가 발생했을 경우 YCSI 문수라 선생님께 ycsi_m@yonsei.ac.kr로 연락 바랍니다.

Dear students of Underwood International College,

On behalf of the Korean Educational Development Institute, the Yonsei Center for Social Innovation is seeking participants from Underwood International College, Yonsei University to fill up this survey. The purpose of this survey aims to understand the current status of teaching and learning, and to find out about the experience and satisfaction of students who embark on endeavours sponsored by the University for Creative Korea project.

The Korea Educational Development Institute will ensure the confidentiality of all information obtained through this survey. All information will be kept and used for five years for research purposes, and information collected will be managed in accordance with the Republic of Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (2011). All data obtained will be kept secure and encrypted. Responses will be kept confidential, and the data will be analysed in aggregate with all other responses so that no individual can be identified during data analysis.

We regret to inform survey participants that this survey is run by the Korean Educational Development Institute and is only provided in Korean. If you have any queries about the survey, please contact Ms Sula Mun from the Yonsei Center for Social Innovation (ycsi_m@yonsei.ac.kr).

Only Underwood International College, Yonsei University students are allowed to participate in this survey.

Yonsei Center for Social Innovation, through this Google Form, will not collect any more personal information than what is reasonably necessary for us to conduct this random selection process. Information collected is used exclusively within the Yonsei Center for Social Innovation, and Yonsei Center for Social Innovation will not share collected personal information with external or third-party organisations. Yonsei Center for Social Innovation takes seriously its obligation to safeguard the confidentiality, security, and integrity of all information collected, and have established and will maintain procedures that are designed for that purpose.
