Chaehan So’s main research interest lies in applying psychological and artificial intelligence methods to analyze design-related phenomena, and to create psychologically-grounded ways of user experience. Dr. So has a strong interdisciplinary intent spanning from his degrees in electrical engineering, business, and social psychology. In Germany, he has gained over 13 years of experience as IT consulting (Accenture), as a coach for agile methodology and design thinking, and COO of an online media company. Previously, Dr. So has taught Design Management and Artificial Intelligence as Assistant Professor at Hongik University.
