UGC is a community of international students in UIC and is currently the biggest club in the college. UGC was founded to create a vibrant and international environment in which all members can equally participate and simply have fun. Throughout the year, UGC organizes a number of events such as One-day Trip, Fashion Show, Talent Show, participation in Daedong Festival, and end-of-term dinner. We also provide as much support as possible to the international students who have just arrived in the country. If you need any help regarding any matters, from your alien registration card to your accommodation or your cell phone, or even your class registration, we will try our best to help you out. Overall, UGC provides international and local students a platform to meet and bond through meaningful activities.

The UIC Scribe was founded in 2006 as the college’s official student newsletter magazine, notable for being run and organized by UIC students. It continues into its thirteenth illustrious year, covering school related events and other areas of student interests. Scribe Scribe publishes one to two comprehensive editions each year and publishes a wide array of articles covering UIC and Yonsei news/events, national and international news pieces, as well as cultural pieces. Writers have the valuable opportunity to work closely with experienced editors and CC professors in order to publish an polished piece. The rewards of publishing an article under your name in UIC's only student-led newsletter is something that is hard to articulate, and is an experience uniquely afforded by UIC Scribe.

Yonsei Underwood Union (YUU) is Yonsei University’s premier and only English varsity debating society. YUU is one of the most prestigious debating societies in Asia as champions and grand finalists of countless domestic and international tournaments. Yonsei Underwood Union aims to follow in the footsteps of Yonsei University and find the truth. However, we recognize that in the midst of the complexity of the world, the truth is diverse. Through debate, it is our goal to incorporate as many aspects of the truth as possible.
