To ensure smooth service operations,  the Office of Information and Communications will conduct an operating system update for the Academic Information System, and the related services will be temporarily suspended as scheduled below.

A. Suspension of New Logins

• Affected Systems: Groupware, ERP Administrative Information System, Research Management System, Online Learning Platform (LearnUs), YS-VPN, and other systems linked through Yonsei Portal Single Sign-On (SSO)
  
  
• Date & Time: May 9, 2025 (Friday), 18:00–20:00 (2 hours)

B. Complete Service Suspension

• Affected Systems: Yonsei Portal, Academic Information System, Internet Certificate Issuance Service
  
  
• Date & Time: May 9, 2025 (Friday), 18:00 – May 10, 2025 (Saturday), 06:00 (12 hours)
