New Student Orientation for Fall 2023 Entering Students

Welcome to Underwood International College! We are genuinely delighted to have each and every one of you as part of our community. Your diverse cultural backgrounds are cherished assets that greatly enhance our educational environment, transforming us into a thriving global community.

To ensure a smooth transition and integration, we have meticulously prepared the orientation for fall 2023 entering students. It is a two-day comprehensive academic preparation program (10 am to 4 pm on each day) specially designed for our international and overseas Korean students. It presents an exceptional opportunity to meet UIC faculty members, forge connections with fellow students and receive invaluable guidance from experienced upper-class peer mentors.

What Is Covered in the Program

-       Meeting UIC faculty members and staff

-       Gaining a profound understanding of Korean culture and the college atmosphere

-       Having you equipped with essential information tailored to your unique needs as international and overseas Korean students

-       Listening to the personal college life experiences of our seasoned upper-class students
