 The 18th UIC Global Career Tour, Korea

 August 9-11, 2022

To ISE, UD-LSBT, and all UIC students:

UIC will be holding the 18th Global Career Tour this year in Korea from August 9-11, 2022. Focusing particularly on the science and engineering fields, the UIC Global Career Tour will visit renowned companies working at the cutting-edge of business and innovation here in Korea. UIC students will enjoy an exciting opportunity to develop their job-hunting skills, network with working professionals, and explore the path of corporate recruiting. All students interested in global business careers are strongly encouraged to apply.

Tentatively, the Global Career Tour will include visits to Hanwha Solutions, Thermo Fisher Scientific Korea, Institute Pasteur Korea, BINEX, ABL Bio, Merck group, and other companies. Students will hear company representatives introduce their respective products and services as well as meet business experts who will discuss the state of the industry. In these sessions, students can ask questions regarding internship opportunities and hiring procedures as well as receive career guidance and other advice.  

As program costs will be sponsored by UIC, students are encouraged to take advantage of this special opportunity.

• Application Deadline: July 6th, 2022, 5pm
  • Applicants who pass the application review will be invited for interviews

• Final Number of Participants: 20~25 students
