UIC office is looking for a short term office assistant who will manage graduation gown rental and return process during *August 26th(Mon) - 30th(Fri). *subject to change

1. Qualification: Undergraduate students (priority given to UIC students residing at or near Sinchon Campus)

 * International students on leave of absence are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply due to the immigration policy. However, undergraduate Korean nationals on leave of absence and non-UIC students are eligible for the position.

* GPA above 1.4 in the previous semester

2. Appointment Period: August 26th(Mon) - 30th(Fri), 2024

3. Hours: 10:00 – 16:00 (until 18:00 on August 30th)

* Office assistants can work up to 15 hours per week and 2.5 days of work shift will be assigned during 1 week period(August 26th-30th).

4. Location: Daewoo Annex Hall(대우별관), Sinchon Campus

5. Payment: 9,620/hour

6. Requirements

1) Fluency in both Korean and English is a must

2) Experience working in an office environment is preferred
