UIC office is looking for a short term office assistant who will manage graduation gown rental and return process during *February 20th(Tue) ~ 23rd(Fri) and 26th(Mon). * subject to change
1. Qualification: Undergraduate students (priority given to UIC students residing at or near Sinchon Campus)
* International students on leave of absence are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply due to the immigration policy. However, undergraduate Korean nationals on leave of absence and non-UIC students are eligible for the position.
* GPA above 1.4 in the previous semester
2. Appointment Period: February 20th(Tue) ~ 23rd(Fri) and 26th(Mon), 2024 (five days total)
3. Hours: 10:00 – 16:00 (until 18:00 on February 26th)
* Office assistants can work up to 15 hours per week(therefore, applicant cannot be working at another office).
4. Location: Rm 203 Daewoo Annex Hall(대우별관), Sinchon Campus
5. Payment: 9,860/hour
6. Requirements
1) Fluency in both Korean and English is a must
2) Experience working in an office environment is preferred
