Additional Course Add/Drop Period for 2020 Spring Semester
As it has been decided to extend the online/non-face-to face course period to May 12th to prevent the spread of COVID -19, there will be an additional add/drop period in response to the urgent request of the student council that sufficient information needed for course enrollment was not provided. Students who need to change their courses may follow the guidelines below:
1. Course Add/Drop Procedure
You can add and drop courses through the Undergraduate Course Enrollment Menu of the Yonsei Portal, following the same procedure for regular course enrollment.
2. Additional Course Add/Drop Period: 4.6 (Mon.) 10:00 ~ 4.7(Tue.) 17:00
3. Final Tuition Payment Period (for students who have not completed payment yet and students taking extra semester(s) whose tuitions are changed after add/drop): 4.9 (Thurs.) 9:30 ~ 4.10 (Fri.) 17:00
4. Notice
1) You can log into the menu, add to wish list, and drop courses 1 hour before the starting time of course add/drop period.
2) You can only add courses that are not yet full. Those who add a course that is full will be placed on the waiting list.
3) If you add a new course, it is the principle that you will be marked as ‘absent’ for the past three weeks of class for that course.
