We are recruiting full and part-time TAs (tutors) for the 2025 Spring semester.

The STEM Tutoring Lounge provides support for UIC students taking STEM courses.

Tutors meet with students individually by Zoom or face-to-face.

Face-to-face sessions take place in the tutoring lounge, Veritas B 322. Zoom sessions are recorded.

Our tutors are leaders committed to professionalism, continuous self-improvement, and selfless service.

 Qualification: sophomore/junior/senior of UIC

 Application Period: February 17th (Mon) ~ February 21st (Fri)

 Expected Tasks:
[Full-time TA] STEM tutoring, administrative work, and website maintenance
[Part-time TA] STEM tutoring
[All] Attendance at training meetings (First meeting on February 27th, see below)

 Office Hours (Veritas B 322):
[Full-time TA] 10 hours per week
(Working schedule will accommodate constraints of TAs as much as possible)
[Part-time TA] 2 to 6 hours per week
(Varies from tutor to tutor)

* Detailed working schedules will be decided after recruiting, considering the individual schedules of all TAs.

Training Meeting:  February 27th (Thurs) 2pm 

 Working Period: March to June 2025 (Starting March 3rd)

 Wages:
[Full-time TA] 1,800,000 KRW
[Part-time TA] 10,030 KRW per hour
