Program: Roundtable discussion on Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs): How gender parity leads to business growth.

Guest Speaker: Ms. Mihwa Park, WEPs Coordinator at UN Women (Ms. Park is currently located in Europe and will give a presentation remotely)
Ms. Park will share the United Nation’s Women’s Empowerment Principals for creating gender equality in the workplace, as well as career advice for those interested in working in an international organization.
Audience: 12-15 University student leaders. (Mix of Korean + DOS exchange students studying in Korea)

3:30pm -Students arrive at American Diplomacy House (Yongsan-gu, Seoul)
3:40-4:00pm - Brief in-person discussion on the topic of gender equality in the workplace with the U.S. Embassy Public Diplomacy office.
4:00-4:05pm - Introduce Ms. Mihwa Park who will join via Zoom
4:05-4:20pm - WEPs presentation by Ms. Mihwa Park
4:20-4:50pm - Q&A/moderated discussion
4:55pm - Group photo and close
