  2025학년도 여름학기 해외파견프로그램 추가 모집 안내 드립니다.

  1. 지원기간: 

  1차 노미네이션 추가 모집 (1st Round Nomination): 2025. 2. 28. (금) 10:00 - 3. 5. (수) 17:00 (결과 발표: 2025. 3. 7. (금) 15:00)

  ※1 차에 합격한 학생의 경우 추가 모집 기간에 프로그램 재지원 불가

   

  2. [공통] 지원자격

  가. 신촌/국제캠퍼스 소속 학부생

  나. 평랑평균: 2.8/4.3 이상

  다. TOEFL(iBT): 79 점 이상

  ※ 2023. 7. 이후 응시한 성적에 한해 유효 라. 두 학기 이상 수료 단, 3 학년 편입생은 한 학기 이상을 수료한 경우 지원가능

  마. 2025 년 8 월 졸업예정자 지원 불가 바. 최대 파견가능학기: 7 학기

  ※ 25-1 학기에 8 학기에 재학 중인 경우 초과학기 서약서 작성 후에 지원 가능 사. 정규학기 교환학생 파견과 중복지원 가능. 단, 재학 중 최대파견가능 기간(1 년) 내

  ※ 공통 지원 자격 외 파견대학별 세부자격 조건 상이

   

  3. 제출 서류

  가. 온라인지원서 접수: 연세포탈 서비스

  나. 성적증명서(편입생의 경우, 전적대학 영문성적증명서 1 부)

  다. TOEFL(iBT): 79 점 이상 (2023. 7. 이후 응시한 성적에 한해 유효)

  ※ TOEFL 외 성적 제출 불가: IELTS, TOEFL Best Score, TOEFL Home Edition, TOEFL ITP, Duolingo Language Test 등

  ※ 공통 지원자격 외 파견대학별 세부자격 반드시 확인

   

  4. 등록금납부

  <교환교> 본교 여름 계절학기 등록금 납부 기간에 학점 당 106,700 원 납부 *파견교의 수업료는 면제됨 (기숙사, 문화체험비 등 추가비용은 학생이 개별적으로 상대교에 납부)

  <방문교> 본교 겨울 계절학기 등록금 납부 기간에 학점 당 106,700 원 납부 *파견교에도 수업료 납부

   

  5. 장학금

  [공통] 정착지원금: 아시아 90 만원, 북미 및 유럽 200 만원

  방문교 등록금 약 반액 지원: 아시아 150 만원, 북미 200 만원, 유럽 100~200 만원

  ※필수 조건: 후기 동영상 제출, 만족도 조사 설문 실시 및 개인정보수집 동의서

   

  6. 학점인정

  본교 최대 7 학점까지 인정

  ※파견대학별로 인정받을 수 있는 학점은 상이할 수 있음

   

  7. 배정기준

  1. 평가항목: 학점(백분율점수), TOEFL 성적

  2. 반영비율: 학점(백분율점수)x2 + TOEFL 성적, 총 320 점 만점

  3. 선발인원: 파견대학별 협정 및 결정에 따름 4. 배정방법: 총점이 높은 학생 순으로 석차를 정한 후, 지원자가 작성한 지원대학표 를 참고하여 배정

  [2025 Summer Abroad Program 1st Round Additional Application]

  Dear Prospective Applicants,

  We would like to inform you about the additional application period for the 2025 Summer Abroad Program.

   

  ♦ Information of Host Universities (OIA Notion Link) ♦

  1. Application Period0: 

  1st Round Additional Nomination: Feb. 28, 2025 (Mon) 10:00 – Mar. 5, 2025 (Wed) 17:00 / Announcement of Results: Mar. 7, 2025 15:00

  ※If you have been nominated in the first round, you may not reapply for the second round.

   

  2. [General] Eligibility Requirements

  1. Sinchon/Songdo International Campus students

  2. Cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.3 or higher. For transfer students, both the GPA from the previous institution and Yonsei University must each be 2.8/4.3 or higher

  3. TOEFL iBT score of 79 or higher.

  ※ Scores taken from July 2023 onwards are valid.

  4. Must have completed at least two semesters at Yonsei (except for transfer students who started as a third year student, who must have completed at least one semester)

  5. Students graduating in August 2025 are not eligible to apply. Students who are in their 8th semester in the 2025-1 semester may apply after submitting a semester extension agreement.

  6. It is possible to apply in conjunction with a regular semester exchange program, but the total duration of exchange programs during enrollment is limited to one year.

  ※ Please check the specific eligibility requirements for each partner university in addition to the general requirements.

   

  3. [General] Required Documents

  1. Online application submission: Yonsei Portal Service

  2. Transcript (for transfer students, include a transcript in English from the previous institution).

  3. TOEFL score report (scores from July 2023 onwards). ※ Other test scores (e.g., IELTS, TOEFL Best Score, TOEFL Home Edition, TOEFL ITP, Duolingo Language Test) are not accepted.

  ※ In addition to the general eligibility requirements, please ensure to review the specific qualifications for each host university.

   

  4. Tuition Payment

  - Exchange program: Pay 106,700 KRW per credit during the Yonsei University summer session tuition payment period. Tuition fees at the partner university will be waived. Extra fees such as accommodation, cultural/social activities should be paid directly to the host university.

  - Visiting Program: Pay 106,700 KRW per credit during the Yonsei University winter session tuition payment period. Pay for the tuition fees at the host institution

   

  5. Scholarship

  [General] Settlement support: 900,000 KRW for Asia, 2,000,000 KRW for North America/Europe.

  - Partial tuition support for visiting universities: 1,500,000KRW for Asia, 2,000,000 KRW for North America, 1,000,000~2,000,000 KRW for Europe.

  ※Required Conditions: Submission of a review video, completion of a satisfaction survey, and agreement to the collection of personal information

   

  6. Credit Recognition

  - Up to 7 credits from Yonsei University can be recognized. The number of credits that can be recognized may vary by partner university.

   

  7. Allocation Criteria

  1. Evaluation Criteria: Academic performance (percentage score), TOEFL score.

  2. Weighting: Academic performance (percentage score) x 2 + TOEFL score, with a total of 320 points.

  3. Number of Participants: Based on agreements and decisions with partner universities.

  4. Allocation Method: Students are ranked based on their total scores, and assignments are made considering the preferences listed by the applicants.
