Peer Mentors for 2021 Spring UIC International Student Orientation

UIC office is looking for student peer mentors who can help operate the 2021 Spring UIC International Student Orientation. It is a great opportunity to welcome new international students and assist them with their transitions. If you are interested, please send your resume along with a cover letter at uic_students@yonsei.ac.kr by February 5^th, 2021.

Your Role

1.   Preparing a presentation about a given topic for new students

2.   Hosting a small group discussion

3.  Brainstorming details of the program with other peer mentors

4.  Responding to inquiries from new students and connect them with relevant staffers or professors

What You Need to Know

1.   The program is scheduled for Feb 16^th (Tuesday) from 2 ~ 4 pm tentatively

2.  It is a virtual program. No physical presence is required.

3.  There will be 2~3 online preparation meetings before the orientation. Your participation is mandatory.

5.  Hourly wage (KRW 8,590) will be paid for the number of hours you work for the program.
