Solving Social Problems with Professional Consultants
UIC Community Consultant Competition (UC3) aims to develop student’s capacity to design and execute projects under the motto of bringing a better change in the local community. UIC students will work together to design a pilot program for public service that will solve the issues of the community and submit a research proposal. The teams who have been selected through the preliminary round will have an invaluable opportunity to receive professional mentorship from the top consultants of the Mckinsey&Company to enhance their problem solving abilities and sharpen their initial ideas into concrete plans of action. Through this intensive training, students will learn the basics of management consulting, leadership, communication skills, teamwork that will give them advantage in their future careers.
